Direct Debit Administrator

ABOUT YOU:
You are a self motivated, customer focused individual with high attention to detail. You should be able to multitask and have a flexible approach to workloads.
Experience in a finance environment is essential. An intermediate level of Microsoft Excel knowledge is vitally important for this position. Knowledge of Direct Debit processes and experience in using Microsoft Business Central would definitely be advantageous.
THE ROLE
This role works closely with other departments including customer contract cancellations and processing credits.
You will be expected to be in the office on Wednesdays with the whole team, working from home the rest of the week.
Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift patterns:
Monday - Friday 09:00- 17:00
Salary:
£22-24,000 dependant on experience
