Overview:
**Duties**:

- Logging of invoices
- Logging of purchase orders
- Raising invoices through Xero
- Creating purchase orders
- Adding new clients to Xero
- Payroll
- Setting up payments and direct debits
- HMRC P30 payments
- Setting up new starters
- Financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheets etc)
- Keeping track of monthly payments and money owed
- Reconciling invoices on Xero
- Setting up new bills
- Invoice factoring through Optimum Finance
- Receiving payments through Stripe
- Monitoring company bank account
- Uploading to Hubdoc
- Audits with Optimum Finance
- Checking Po table against bills to be paid
- General office administration
- Onboarding suppliers and supplier ordering
- Customer service
- Answering telephone calls
- Provide support to Office and Finance Manager

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- AAT qualification

Proven work experience as a Financial Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software Xero
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
