To work directly with a customer on a consultative basis to determine, document and prepare the customer with their requirements for the successful implementation of our solutions.

This role will work as part of the Onboarding team and share these responsibilities with the Project Management, Integration and Configuration Specialists.


Key Indicators

  • On-Boarding Satisfaction (CSAT)
  • On-Boarding Time to Revenue
  • Analysis and Documentation per project
  • Passing any relevant upsell opportunities onto the sales team

Key Challenges

  • Completion of the project in time and according to our quality standards.
  • Proper documentation of the project.
  • Learning the build of multiple Mapal products which are constantly being developed

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the customer on the onboarding journey, managing expectations, risks and billable hours
  • Identify customers complex business requirements, analyse and communicate implementation approaches.
  • Clearly articulate the solutions into business requirements
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Work closely with the Integrations & Configuration teams and Project Managers to meet deadlines
  • Provide sufficient guidance and documentation for seamless hand over to Success and Support
  • Take responsibility for your own product knowledge, keeping up to date with the latest developments to ensure you are able to confidently articulate the features and benefits of our products to customers
  • Utilise your product and operational knowledge to create presentations and demonstrations tailored to meet the needs of prospective customers
  • Team Relationships: Contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas, leads and product knowledge to contribute to the overall success of the department

Experience:

  • Experience working in the hospitality sector with a focus on bars/pubs, restaurants, or hotels is valuable
  • Experience implementing SaaS Solutions is an asset
  • Project Management experience or certification desirable

Knowledge:

  • A strong knowledge and experience of working with Hospitality Management Solutions is valuable
  • Multilingual is an asset (English, French, Spanish)
