Position Overview

As Sheffield Haworth expands, we are seeking a Contracts Manager/ Paralegal to drive business growth and development. This role involves structuring processes, governance, and managing legal demands for our clients.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and negotiate contract agreements.
  • Manage contractual documentation through creation to execution.
  • Handle contract renewals, extensions, and amendments.
  • Support various teams in understanding key contract terms.
  • Maintain contract precedents and manage a central contracts database.
  • Ensure contract compliance and risk management.
  • Address data protection and GDPR queries.
  • Manage the contract cycle and provide reports to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on regulations impacting business operations.

This role offers valuable development opportunities with support from the Group General Counsel.

Experience and Skills

  • Preferably a law graduate.
  • Experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiation.
  • Strong SOW creation and communication skills.
  • Experience in Time and Material engagements and Fixed Price agreements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Client-facing experience is a plus.
