About the Role:


In the role of Internal Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our client's success, working closely with seasoned Account Directors to enhance and expand their account base.


Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
Producing and following up on quotes.
Coordinating with internal teams.
Providing comprehensive sales administration.

Who Are We Looking For?


Our ideal candidate currently serves in a similar capacity within an IT Value Added Reseller or a Managed Service Provider.


Key qualifications include:
Experience in client interaction (not new business development).
Proficiency in quote generation.
Familiarity with vendor and distributor interactions.
Effective collaboration with internal teams.
