Senior Account Manager

Trust Payments is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to lead our top revenue-generating clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing revenue from these assigned key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive value-driven relationships and maximize revenue potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and create tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Lead the development and presentation of proposals to new and existing customers, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
- Conduct regular business reviews to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and implement upselling opportunities.
- Act as a mentor and trainer for junior team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to drive success.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience managing clients with annual transaction volumes of £5M+.
- Strong knowledge of the payments market and our range of products.
- Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales, cross-sell, and upsell targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
