A fantastic newly-created opportunity has arisen for a results driven Sales Team Leader to lead a growing team of sales advisors in a well-respected organisation in modern offices west of Reading.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, will lead by example and be able to motivate the team to exceed all centre sales targets and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

This is a busy, varied and exciting role with excellent earning potential.

The successful candidate will primarily be overseeing the Junior Sales (Telemarketing Team) whilst working closely with the Sales Manager for guidance and support.


Key Responsibilities:
Delivering against sales targets across multiple products and serviceAchieving product and cross sell KPIsMonitoring dialler performanceOngoing monitoring of calls and behaviourProviding correct advice to agents based on customer preference or situationAbility to make quick, evidence-based decisions on dialler performanceHandling first line queries from the sales teamDealing with customer escalationsPlanning and implementing sales promotions and staff incentivesEnsure staff attendance and punctualityHosting daily sales meetings with teamPlanning and hosting monthly 1 to 1 meetings with team membersWorking with HR to ensure smooth day to day operationsPlan and manage staff rotaStaff training and developmentRequirements: Proven track record of achievement in a high volume telephone-based sales role Leadership/coaching ability to motivate to achieve KPIs and sales targetsEffective planning and communication skillsHappy to work onsite 5 days a week
