We have an exciting opportunity to join
a brand new campaign with us here at CC33, working within our boutique department.

As a
customer service advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls on behalf on one the
UK's leading funeral directors.

You will be resolving customer queries from
existing customers and external businesses (crematioriums and funeral homes), this involves but not limited to; making changes to existing funeral plans, information requests regarding existing plans, setting up and making changes to existing funeral arrangements, crematorium bookings and requests.


Salary & Bonus:

This role has a basic salary of
£19,760 per annum.


We have recently introduced our 'Loyalty Pay Scale' scheme, which will see your annual salary increase every year of your tenure up to _£22,000 _basic salary per annum.


Shifts:

You will be contracted at _40_ hours per week, between the hours of
9am & 6pm,
Monday to Friday.

Start Date:
Monday 30th January

Location:

You will be based at our brand new offices located on _
Ecclesall Road, Sheffield_
(S11). Our offices are a short walk from the city-centre with excellent transport links from surrounding areas.

What are we looking for?

  • Selfmotivated and driven to work within a fast paced contact centre environment
  • A strong level of reading and spoken English.
  • A confident individual
  • The ability to hold conversation with people of all ages and backgrounds and can easily build rapport with customers.
  • Previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Transferable skills from previous employment (retail, hospitality, contact centre)
  • You must be able to deliver a top quality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer
  • The ability to retain large amounts of information whilst following processes and regulatory guidelines.
  • A great level of empathy and resilience to handle emotive calls.
