What will your responsibilities include?
As a Customer Service Advisor at Motus Group, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our customers, making you a key representative of our organization.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Welcoming customers and ensuring a high standard of service from the outset.
- Communicating with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Managing service and maintenance schedules, advising customers and the workshop on vehicle appointments.
- Overseeing the receipt and return of customer vehicles, including courtesy vehicle handovers and checks.
- Performing administrative tasks such as preparing job cards.
- Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any necessary actions or costs, obtaining approvals as needed.
The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 05:30 PM.
