Job Title: Senior Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Sheffield City Council. As a Senior Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our citizens, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to citizens via phone, email, and in-person
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
