We are seeking an administrator to join our busy oral surgery referral office.

Previous dental experience is preferred but not essential as full training & support will be provided. This role would suit an ex-dental nurse or a dental nurse looking to move in an admin role.

This is a part-time position, 10-16 hours per week and exact days/hours can be mutually agreed.

You will be responsible for:
manning busy phone lines for our multi-site referral service, making & receiving calls from patients and colleagues

booking appointments

providing customer service, answering questions & responding to queries

processing high volumes of referrals

assisting with clinic organisation

office duties such as scanning, shredding & filing

administrative duties e.g. typing, sending out patient information
