**The Role

  • You will provide outstanding customer service and deliver a friendly, professional service to all B2C & B2B customers
  • Taking all inbound calls for order processing
  • Dealing with general enquiries from customers
  • Identify needs and process the clients requirements using a bespoke inhouse system
  • Dealing with pre
- and after sales queries

  • Working towards objectives to achieve individual and team KPI's and in turn you will be recognised and rewarded for going the extra mile.
  • Handle all administrative duties relating to your new customer service role, including maintaining and updating the CRM system.
**YOU

  • Ideally you will have previous experience of working within a customer focused environment and our client will look at Contact Centre, Retail and Hospitality experience
  • Be able to work with autonomy and demonstrate a positive attitude and team spirit
  • Customer satisfaction focused, process and results driven
  • Have excellent listening skills with the ability to build rapport and engage with customers
  • Fluent knowledge of English ( both verbal and written )
