About the Role

The Customer Service Centre Advisor is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a Customer Service Centre Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their queries and concerns via multiple channels, including email, telephone, and digital platforms.

You will work closely with our internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues and provide first-class administrative support. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via multiple channels
  • Handle customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues
  • Provide first-class administrative support to the team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
