Role Overview
If you're seeking a dynamic role within a large organization, this opportunity might just be what you're looking for. You'll have the chance to work closely with the senior leadership team, helping to streamline the business support functions effectively.
We are in search of a proactive and highly organized individual to offer extensive support to the Council's Leader. In this role, you will handle various business support responsibilities for the Leader and the wider leadership group. Your tasks will include managing schedules, arranging meetings, and ensuring that the Leader is well-prepared for the week ahead.
The ideal candidate will be professional, proactive, and adept at using their own initiative. Acting as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, you should handle inquiries and communications with professionalism and tact.
You must be proficient in IT systems, possess strong communication skills, and be able to build positive relationships with individuals both inside and outside the organization. Attention to detail is crucial in this role.
This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities and provides a profound sense of contributing to the Council's objectives in making Cambridgeshire a more environmentally-friendly, fair, and caring county.
