**More about the role:**
- Coordinate with Land, Development, and Construction departments
- Review contract drawings for accuracy
- Assist in tender preparation and subcontractor selection
- Prepare construction cost analysis
- Adjudicate budget settlement meetings
- Manage subcontractor orders and payments
- Provide pricing information for extras
- Monthly cost analysis and expenditure forecasting
- Arrange subcontractor payments and final accounts
- Prepare documents for external valuations
- Update RAMS schedule
- Coordinate with Customer Service department for post-completion defects
- Attend various meetings as required
