The main working relationships will be withMedical Records Clerks/SupervisorData Access and Disclosure OfficeInformation Governance TeamMedical SecretariesOut-patient TeamWard ReceptionistsGeneration of printed request lists and clinic lists within the appropriate timescalesGeneration of hourly print outs for case note requestsEnsuring case notes are sent out in a timely mannerEnsuring case notes are sent to the correct locationsEnsuring searches are made for missing case notes, this may include full bay searchesAnswering the phone to take emergency requests, ensuring appropriate information is collected to identify the correct patient and case notesIdentifying where there may be duplicate case notes and bringing this to the attention of the SupervisorIdentifying requests from the request queue and completing them in an appropriate order and timely mannerIdentifying case notes due for destructionIdentifying where case notes need to have a further volume createdEnsuring the case note tracking system is kept up to date and movements recorded accurately
