About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team at Butler Rose. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring timely and efficient payment processing, and providing exceptional customer service to our suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Matching invoices against credit notes and ensuring accurate payment processing
- Coordinating weekly payment runs and reconciliations
- Responding to supplier queries and resolving any discrepancies on invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements and maintaining general ledger records
- Managing expenses and maintaining accurate financial records
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar position and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. You will be a team player who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
