Job Description

We're seeking a Client Reporting Analyst to join our team in Hove office on a 12-month fixed term contract. Your role will involve providing client and fund reporting services to our UK and international clients across various products.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering client and fund regulatory reporting services across global mandates and client bases to enhance client service quality
  • Enhancing the Client Service package to provide excellent service to Institutional, International, Retail, and Internal group clients through various reports
  • Providing data to clients, consultants, and research and fund platforms in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with different business areas to manage queries, data requests, and client changes efficiently
  • Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure top-notch client service delivery
  • Staying informed on new and existing regulatory requirements and their impact on LGIM's regulatory reporting
  • Adhering to and reviewing procedures, controls, and processes to ensure client interests are safeguarded
Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • An understanding of the Investment Management industry
  • Prior experience in producing Reporting outputs for various stakeholders
  • A history of engaging with external and internal clients and building significant relationships
  • Keen attention to detail, high levels of accuracy, and workflow management experience
  • Proficiency in IT skills, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
