My client is a HR Consultancy based in Tring, Hertfordshire. They are an industry-leading HR consultancy, bringing businesses throughout the UK the benefits, protection, and experience of an entire HR department.

The Opportunity:

Due to growth within the business my client is looking for an experienced HR & ER Advisor to join their team.

As an experienced advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking help with various HR issues and Employee Relations cases.

This role is permanent and is available as either a full-time or part-time position. You will predominantly be office based, however, the business is family-friendly, and extremely understandable of personal commitment. They support and encourage a sensible worklife balance and are open to discuss alternative and flexible arrangements if and when required.
