We would like to get in touch with experienced **HR/ER Managers** for an opportunity to join our energetic and growing team at hr inspire, a vibrant and successful HR Consultancy based in Tring.
The HR/ER Manager's primary role will be Employee Relations focused and will be responsible for first line support for our valued customers on a wide variety of HR issues/employee relations cases and providing administrative support to our team of experiencedHR and ER Consultants, ensuring a best-in-class service at all times.
**Key accountabilities**:

- First line call management for customers with inbound calls, assessing their need, providing ER advice accordingly, or escalating to appropriate key contact as appropriate
- Creation of employee relation letters for customer based on their specific and individual needs, such as invite letters, outcome letters, letters of concern
- Reviewing employee relations notes of meetings to determine content of letter production
- Creation of bespoke policies, procedures and people guidelines for a wide range of customers in conjunction with agreed work priorities by Directors, HR Consultants, and HR Advisors
- Conducting Exit interviews and Return to Work interviews with employees on behalf of our customers
- Supporting Customers with disciplinary/investigation meetings
- Planning and organising training courses, including the booking of training rooms and trainer accommodation when required
- Liaise with external training bodies, where required to lead and deliver business training initiatives for customers
- Supporting HR Consultants in creation of tailored training content within PowerPoint to meet their customer needs
- Liaising with Payroll Bureaus where required
- Responding to payroll queries from employees that arise to successful conclusion
- Preparation of payslips ready for issue to employees
**Skills**:

- You should ideally be Level 5 CIPD qualified or studying towards this qualification (desirable)
- You will have a number of years’ experience in the role of ER/HR Advisor or Manager with a track record of successfully managing a wide variety of ER matters in a busy and professional office environment
- A good attention to detail to ensure client’s work is completed to a high standard
- A good knowledge of understanding employment legislation is key and knowing the importance of using all relevant experts within the business to provide solutions for our customers
- You are an articulate individual who has the gravitas to communicate with business owners and management teams, providing guidance and advice on best practice
- A proactive and 'can do’ attitude is essential as you will be focused on ensuring all our customer’s needs are met in a professional and timely manner
- You must be tenacious and hard-working by nature but above all, focused on delivering an exceptional service to our existing and future clients
- You will be required to utilise various IT/HR software within the business so must be a competent user of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and have the ability and desire to learn new software systems
