About the Role:
An established HR & ER Advisor is needed to support the company's expansion.
As a seasoned advisor, you will be the primary contact for clients dealing with HR issues and Employee Relations cases.
This permanent position allows for full-time or part-time availability, mainly office-based. The company values work-life balance and flexibility, supporting personal commitments when necessary.
Main Responsibilities:
- Offering accurate advice, managing ER/HR cases administratively, and preparing essential documentation to assist clients while adhering to compliance standards and relevant legislation.
- Ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and legal requirements, taking appropriate actions when needed.
- Providing initial customer support, offering advice aligned with regulations, and consulting with experts for complex cases.
- Creating tailored employee relations letters, drafting policies, and conducting meetings as required.
- Conducting exit interviews, organizing training, and liaising with payroll services when necessary.
Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 5 certification
- Extensive experience in ER or HR advisory roles, with a track record of independently managing various matters in a professional setting.
- Keen attention to detail and a solid understanding of employment laws.
- Strong communication skills to advise business owners and management effectively.
- Proactive attitude, focused on meeting customer needs promptly and professionally.
