As a HR Advisor at hr inspire, you will play a key role in delivering initial support to our valued clients on a myriad of HR issues. Collaborate closely with a group of seasoned HR Advisors and Consultants, supported by a proactive team.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Offering primary support for employer relations guidance, evaluating needs, and either handling directly or escalating to relevant contacts
• Drafting employee relation correspondences tailored to individual client needs, covering matters such as disciplinary actions, grievances, and managing sick leave
• Assisting clients in formal meetings, including scrutinizing meeting notes and guiding them through decision-making processes
• Developing customized policies, protocols, and human resources directives for a broad clientele base
• Conducting exit interviews and reinstatement discussions with employees on behalf of clients
• Assisting clients during disciplinary procedures and investigation meetings
• Collaborating with HR Consultants to develop personalized training materials that align with client requirements

What skills and qualifications are we looking for?

• Possession of a Level 5 CIPD qualification, or actively pursuing one
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in the ER or HR Advisor role, demonstrating proficiency in handling a wide array of ER issues effectively
• Proficiency in utilizing an HR case management platform
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365/Microsoft Teams
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with clients
• Thorough knowledge of current UK employment laws
• A solid work ethic and, above all, a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our current and prospective clients
