We are recruiting a Digital Transformation Lead to further advance digital maturity across City and Hackney and to lead on key projects including the patient held record and electronic prescriptions for outpatients.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a transformation programme working through the digital PMO hosted by Homerton Healthcare.
As a digital transformation lead, you will:
- Lead the delivery of major digital projects and programmes involving a very wide range of stakeholders
- Champion the digital agenda to secure adoption of digital systems and new ways of working
- Build links with wider initiatives across North East London to ensure projects and programmes delivered at placebased level are aligned with wider ICS strategic priorities
- Hold a key role in embedding and continual improvement of the digital PMO hosted by Homerton Healthcare to ensure best practice in project and programme management is adopted
