We're looking for an amazing person to join our Front of House team

The role will involve:
- working as a barista using our La Marzocco Linea and Mythos 1 grinder. We use Dark Arts coffee and great quality milk from the Estate Dairy.
- working as a member of the FOH team when needed including taking orders, making drinks, serving customers and generally mucking in as part of the team. - making cocktails (daytime and evening) and serving drinks from the bar.


You'll also be happy to muck in with the FOH tasks such as the end of day tasks and general cleaning which we share amongst the team so the load doesn't fall just on one or two people.


You will have the following qualities:

  • Good coffee making and latte art skills
  • Able to deal with the buzz of busy service (we can get very busy at weekends)
  • Great people skills and a team player with a positive outlook
  • Someone who is reliable and keen to learn
  • A multitasker who can cover a range of roles servicing tables, running food/coffee, jumping on the coffee machine, making cocktails
  • Not afraid to muck in and share the less glamorous jobs
  • Able to commit to weekend shifts including a small number of evenings
  • Friendly and welcoming keen to get to know our customers.
