As a key member of the Front of House team at Big Sky Studios, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff. This will include:

  • Driving and maneuvering large vehicles, including Luton vans and airstreams, to transport equipment and supplies.
  • Working as part of the location catering team, including overnight shifts, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Managing the reception area, including directing clients to studios, monitoring access, and reporting any suspicious activity.
  • Providing administrative support, including phone and email management, mail and courier duties, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages, including Barista-style coffee and hot drinks, to high-profile clients and staff.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of hospitality experience, with a focus on customer service and team collaboration.
  • ~2 years of driving experience, with a clean UK driving license and advanced driving qualifications a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suite (Gmail, Calendars).
