Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office and site locations required

Responsibilities
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, your day to day will include:
- Leading and coaching a team of senior recruiters and recruiters delivering a proactive inhouse recruitment service
- Closely partnering senior stakeholders to understand and support the delivery of business objectives
- Leading on developing and deploying strategies to increase direct hiring outcomes and build diverse talent pools
- Developing, embedding and managing key performance indicator's to help drive better performance
What are we looking for?
This role of Talent Acquisition Manager is great for you if:
- You have experience of leading a team to deliver in-house, direct sourcing recruitment and have extensive in-house and/or agency recruitment experience
- You have excellent people leadership experience / skills
- You are a strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder relationship and influencing skills to establish credibility
