The ideal candidate will lead a team of SEO specialists, working collaboratively to enhance online visibility, drive traffic, and boost conversions for high-profile clients.
Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies with a strong emphasis on technical SEO and eCommerce.Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of SEO specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Conduct comprehensive technical audits, providing actionable recommendations to enhance site architecture, performance, and crawlability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital initiatives.
Analyse and report on SEO performance, offering insights and recommendations for ongoing optimisation.Manage client relationships, delivering clear and effective communication to demonstrate the value of SEO efforts.
Proven experience as an SEO Director or in a senior SEO role.
Deep technical SEO expertise.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex SEO concepts to clients and stakeholders.
