About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Organic Performance Manager to join our team at TIPi Group. As a key member of our SEO team, you will be responsible for delivering market-leading strategy, analysis, and insights to drive client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple SEO accounts, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and threats, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive client success.
  • Contribute to the development of our SEO team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive collective growth.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of technical Organic Performance / SEO experience.
  • Experience managing a team or individual, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong technical skills, including keyword research, rank tracking, and schema mark-up.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Screaming Frog, GSC, and GA or Omniture.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS.
  • Experience working on off-site SEO campaigns.
