This role will require the post holder to exercise discretion, diplomacy and to adhere to confidentiality at all times.

Who we are looking for:

Key Responsibilities:


This role will support all aspects of the finance function including purchase ledger, sales ledger, banking, reporting, analysis - full training will be given for all technical aspects of the role, but initiative is vital.


Key Duties:

  • To undertake any work required within the finance function, including administrating the purchase invoice system, raising invoices and tracking payments, maintaining spreadsheets, working with other departments regarding costs, filing, reconciling accounts and much more
  • Identify and improve processes.
  • Assist with the analysis, preparation and delivery of financial information to key business stakeholders.
  • Processing statements that need to be reconciled to identify any upcoming or ongoing issues that may need addressing.
  • Assistance in year end audit.
  • Undertake any other adhoc general duties as required and agreed within the finance office.
  • To adhere to Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and to be mindful of the welfare of other people, following safe working practices at all times both in the working environment and whilst working from home

You will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • IT literate; confident working with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) and has robust keyboard skills. Advanced Excel skills or an aptitude for working with Excel with a willingness to learn advanced skills would be beneficial.

  • Proactive and able to prioritise daily workload accordingly.
