About Kenton Black Ltd
Kenton Black Ltd is a well-established business in the finance sector, seeking to strengthen its finance function by recruiting a new Senior Management Accountant. This new role has been created due to succession planning, providing an ideal opportunity for a career-driven accountant looking for a role with progression potential.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Producing monthly management accounts for various business units
- Preparing budgets and forecasts
- Assisting with year-end accounting requirements
- Business partnering to provide financial insight to key internal stakeholders
- Identifying and implementing process and system improvements
- Mentoring and supervising other members of the finance team
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or almost qualified, with a forward-thinking working approach. They will have the ability to identify and resolve issues, and improve existing processes within the finance function.
Benefits
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive starting salary, 37.5 hours per week with flexibility on start/finish times, company pension, private healthcare, and ongoing support from the Financial Controller and Finance Director to enable skills development.
