We're seeking to appoint a Part time Residential Childcare Worker to work in our Children's Homes.

  • You will receive 26 days annual leave pro rata per annum rising to 31 days pro rata after five years continuous Local Government Service.

As a Residential Childcare Worker you do not necessarily need specific qualifications, although these are desirable. We will train and support you in this role.

  • Ideally hold a Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or be working towards this qualification, or we will support you in this when in post.
  • Receive high quality supervision, with your own personal development plan to support your career and learning aspirations.
  • Have the opportunity to deliver quality services in partnership with stakeholders based upon a manageable workload within the team.
