About Chapel House
Nestled on Chapel Road, Chapel House, a former school building, offers a warm atmosphere with ten personalised bedrooms. The spacious lounge bustles with activity, and five bathrooms cater to various needs. Outdoors, a private garden with a versatile sensory room completes the setting. We offer nutritious home-cooked meals from our fully equipped kitchen, along with on-site laundry.

Chapel House provides round-the-clock nursing care for people with acquired brain injuries, as a 3L service under We Change Lives.

Our approach is person-centered, ensuring a high level of care tailored to our residents' needs.

A Day in the Life of a Support Worker
As a Support Worker, no two days are alike - much like the diverse individuals we support. Our approach revolves around person-centered planning, tailoring our services to suit the distinct requirements of each person we support.

We are deeply committed to working towards positive outcomes for every individual, celebrating even the smallest milestones on their journey to personal growth.

As a Support Worker, you'll be equipped with comprehensive training to provide a wide range of assistance, including personal care, behavioral support, fostering independence and confidence, and nurturing positive relationships through effective communication.
