This growing business are looking for a permanent Accounts Assistant to join the business in Liverpool on a full-time permanent basis.

This is an extremely exciting time to be joining the brand They are looking for an Accounts Assistant with a forward thinking approach to work to help support and grow with finance function.

This role include study support a company bonus.

The Accounts Assistant duties include:

  • Finance support to multiple branches
  • Completing accounts upto trial balance stage using Sage
  • Month end compliance
  • Produce monthly sales reports
  • Process supplier accounts
  • Supplier queries
  • Processing purchase/sales invoices
  • Payment runs
  • Allocate payments
  • Setting up credit limits, remittances and outstanding payments
  • Maintain cash books Petty cash

The Successful Applicant:

The successful Accounts Assistant duties include:

  • Prepare month end reports upto trial balance
  • Credit Control /Sales invoices
  • Updating customer accounts
  • High volume purchase invoices
  • Credit note approval
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supplier statement queries
  • Audit control
  • Float checks / Petty Cash
