We're looking for a passionate and driven
Sales Consultant who puts customer service first and works well as part of a team.
You don't need to know everything about tiles, bathrooms and paint, but having a creative flair with an eye for colour would be an advantage.
Working for Fired Earth is more than just a retail role; it's about treating customers as individuals and providing them with a truly consultative approach.
Your day will be varied, and you will need good attention to detail, along with the ability to close sales and recall a wide range of product knowledge.
The role requires an organised, confident and outgoing person, happy to guide our customers through the choices to find the perfect solution and complete their vision of home.
Who you are
Are you brilliant with people? Do you love getting stuck into a project? Thrive on hitting targets as part of a team? Then you'll fit right in at Fired Earth.
As well as this, you'll be great at:
- One to one selling and closing leads
- Multitasking and great at organising
- Have a strong retail sales background
- A proven track record of hitting sales targets
- An interest in interior design or creative flair is desirable
- A GCSE or equivalent in Maths at grade C or above is essential

The Detail
We're looking for people to join our team just outside Knutsford, the location will mean you'll need to drive. The hours include two Saturdays a month and some bank holidays.
