The Role:
Growth ExecutiveManaging and Maintaining the Sales EngineWhich includesOwning the sales engine across channels and driving opportunities (training provided)


Operating and managing messages to and from connections, building a relationship with them and trying to move that conversation onto something more meaningful.

Owning email marketing campaigns that drives demand into our sales funnelLead on the creation and planning of social media and marketing assets to tell our story to tell our brand and proposition story to the market Supporting the production and publication of thought leadership content, and working hard to drive engagement around that content using data to re-target connections and stimulate conversationsKeeping CRM (Hubspot) up to date and being proactive about keeping opportunities warm by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content based on customer profiles.

Remarketing to prospects in the CRM to turn into warm leads.
Writing award submissions and press releases for our awards entry and PR activitiesManaging our website by keeping it up-to-date with projects and blog posts Managing our owned channels:
Write social media posts and articles for our LinkedIn page.
Co-ordinate social media posts for our social channels Manage our Clutch profile ensuring reviews are captured and updatedRequirementsHave a sales mindset or a drive towards building relationshipsAbility to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectivelyA good understanding of lead generation and customer acquisitionMotivation, drive and a self-starting attitudeStrong copywriting skillsKnowledge of video and animation as a marketing tool An eye for opportunities that ariseProactive approachBeneficialExperience with HubSpot
