What will your day-to-day activities look like?

  • Acting as a point of contact for commercial accounts, supporting with any issues on site.
  • Working with the scheduling team to help coordinate customers deliveries and in line with set deadlines.
  • Answering incoming calls, resolving, or escalating accordingly.
  • Processing orders to site.
  • Compiling weekly progress reports.

Skills and attributes that could help you in this position:

  • Knowledge of Composite Doors is highly desirable.
  • Good computer literacy, experience with CRM system would be advantageous.
  • Confident communicator both verbally and in writing.
  • Being able to work off your own initiative as well as part of team.
