As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for helping the smooth running of the business by maintaining documentation, ordering office supplies, arranging meetings, booking travel and accommodation with a keen eye for detail and looking for opportunities to stream-line our "ways of working" in the office

The Position

Job Title:

Apprenticeship Duration:13-15 months + EPA

Location:
Southampton, SO15

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 0 to 17:00

Salary:
£12,000

Role and Responsibilities

  • Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital formats.
  • Handling billing cycles for the business.
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms.
  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel and businessrelated information.
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Take minutes at meetings.
  • Managing the reception area, including welcome customers and visitors.
  • Arranging post and deliveries.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communications.
  • Experience in a related role such as Office Assistant, Receptionist or other relevant position.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping others.
  • Presentation skills and customer service knowledge.
