With a valid NMC pin, as a Registered Nurse, you will lead and manage the unit while fulfilling clinical responsibilities within the facility. You play an essential role in upholding high clinical standards, ensuring adherence to policies, and providing clinical guidance to the entire care team, vital for our CQC compliance efforts.
