You will work collaboratively with and lead staff teams to build professional, positive and trusting relationships with young people, colleagues and other relevant agencies.

This role involves modelling, developing and encouraging positive behaviours to young people and team members to ensure that young people can be manage their accommodation effectively, whilst fostering and working towards a sustainable, long-term positive outcome.


We are growing and extending our passionate Young Persons' Housing team in Somerset and are keen to find people who really believe in young people and their potential and who are motivated to make a real difference in for young people and communities.
