Salary:
£11.44 per hour.
Hours:
Saturday. Flexibility may be required in order to meet the operational needs of the business.
Location:
Longton, Stoke-On-Trent
Responsibilities and Duties:
The role may include support on projects required to further the group's interests, such as assisting the Managing Director as required.
- Answering the phone in a polite and professional manner and screening phone calls
- Booking in and quality checking site visits.
- Typing quotations from audio and writing in detail as required.
- Updating the in house system with notes.
- Actively working on administrative processes and tasks to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
- Ensuring that processes are followed and quality standards achieved.
- Completing adhoc projects for various aspects of the group.
- Liaising with other employees, suppliers and clients.
- Scanning
- Shredding
- Photocopying
This list is not exhaustive, and your responsibilities may change to suit the requirements of the business.
About you:
- Minimum 9 GCSE'S A
- C Grade (including English, Maths and ICT).
- Competent using Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Intermediate computer literacy.
- Well presented.
- Confident and friendly manner.
- Selfmotivated and driven.
- Efficient and well organised.
- Time management skills.
- A team player happy to work with other members of the team to achieve goals.
- Previous experience in a management/supervisory role is preferable.
- Work to a high standard, showing attention to detail, showing care and thought in all that you do.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with other members of the team, clients and suppliers.
