We have a fantastic opportunity in this newly created office role for an experienced office administrator / sales Administrator / customer support advisor to join our office support team working from our head office in stoke

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Stay uptodate on product knowledge and industry trends
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and sales totals
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced retail environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
