Responsibilities and Duties:

ProHort Ltd are looking for an experienced administrator with experience within the ecological industry.

ProHort is a growing business, based in the arboriculture, ecological and landscape development industries and focused on providing a high-quality service to all our clients.


We provide a wide range of services, including:

  • Arboricultural surveys.
  • Soil and leaf testing.
  • LVIAs and landscape schemes.
  • Protected species surveys, including bats.
  • Phase 1 Extended Ecological surveys.
  • UK Habitat Mapping and Classification.
  • Biodiversity Net Gain matrix calculations.

About you:

  • Qualification or experience within an administrative role.
  • Knowledge of core ecological services, including Phase 1 Habitat Surveys, Biodiversity Net Gain and Tree Surveys.
  • Efficient and well organised.
  • A team player happy to work with other members of the team to achieve goals.
  • Work to a high standard, showing attention to detail, showing care and thought in all that you do.
  • Well presented, with a confident and friendly manner.
  • Competent using Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Intermediate computer literacy.

This list is not exhaustive, and your responsibilities may change to suit the requirements of the business.
You will be working as part of the office team; however, you will have specific responsibilities.

Wage:
Starting at £25,000 DOE.
