We require an additional member for our adminstration team to assist in:
- Process 'goods received note' paperwork against company purchase orders, enter stock onto Sage Line 50, allocating stock against sales orders and producing picking notes for despatch.
- Process labels and manifest reports for couriers.
- Complete a weekly consumables list for Housekeeping/Office/Production/Warehouse requirements.
- Order supplies, when required, from the consumables list.
- Collect and distribute post daily.
- Process calibration certificates against any test and measurement deliveries
- Create customer invoices against goods despatched on a daily basis.
The key qualities required are:
- Numeracy and attention to detail is paramount
- Ability to multitask essential
