Teknis manufacture a range of specialist packaging products, boxes, cartons, foams for the UK Electronics industry. Daily despatches enables us to offer an on-time service to our customers.

We require an additional member for our adminstration team to assist in:

  • Process 'goods received note' paperwork against company purchase orders, enter stock onto Sage Line 50, allocating stock against sales orders and producing picking notes for despatch.
  • Process labels and manifest reports for couriers.
  • Complete a weekly consumables list for Housekeeping/Office/Production/Warehouse requirements.
  • Order supplies, when required, from the consumables list.
  • Collect and distribute post daily.
  • Process calibration certificates against any test and measurement deliveries
  • Create customer invoices against goods despatched on a daily basis.

The key qualities required are:

  • Numeracy and attention to detail is paramount
  • Ability to multitask essential
The hours for this position are flexible, within the time frame of 8am - 4.30pm. (8am - 2pm on Friday)

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary:
From £12.50 per hour
