We are looking for an experienced, multi-skilled Property Maintenance person to work for our Property Letting and Management business.

Your day-to-day role will be to undertake various repairs and maintenance works on a number of tenanted properties, as directed by the Property Manager.


These properties are situated across Newcastle upon Tyne and Gateshead and as part of this role, you will have use of a work van during working hours.


Maintenance Worker Requirements

  • Full UK driving license
  • Proven maintenance experience/technical qualification
  • Experience including:
  • Basic repairs
  • Painting/decorating
  • Basic plumbing/electrical
  • Basic woodwork/joinery
  • Cleaning
  • Garden maintenance
  • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Professional attitude

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary:
£10.42-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
