As an Internal Account Manager at our organization, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our client base through proactive sales initiatives. This role predominantly involves virtual sales and telephone communication. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Take ownership of call KPIs, ensuring consistent and high-quality communication with customers.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing internal systems and Microsoft Office tools with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Take charge of personal development by actively participating in performance evaluations and learning initiatives aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for building and maintaining relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in using internal systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Commitment to observing Health & Safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • A good standard of education, particularly in Maths & English.
  • Influencing and motivational skills are critical.
  • Ability to finish projects and tasks to completion.
  • Strong day-to-day planning capabilities.
  • Previous experience in a proactive sales environment is essential.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Natural telephone manner with all levels of customers.
  • Knowledge of Automation and Control products is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle assertive challenges.
