The Programme Admin Support role will provide a professional and proactive

administration support service to the VP Transformation and TMO Leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organisation and Diary Management. You'll manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements, organise events, global travel booking and assist in the preparation of support materials and reports for meetings
  • Proactively develop ways of working across the TMO to deliver a bestinclass service to the team, continually improving efficiency and effectiveness
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders, making timely decisions using independent judgement in a proactive manner to deliver the right support to the TMO
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build long term, sustainable partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in a similar role is essential. You'll be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to positively challenge you'll be resilient and able to respond appropriately to challenging pressures and needs.
