Manpower is currently looking for CNC Laser Operator specializing in Kimla Fiber Lasers to join our successful manufacturing client in Pocklington.

We seek individuals experienced in working with Kimla Laser or other CNC Laser machines.

The role involves operating Laser machines for sheet metal and parts fabrication at a high standard, with occasional assistance in production tasks like press brakes.

Key Accountability:
Setting and Operating Laser Machine

Main Duties:
- Working with materials such as Mild Steel, Aluminium, and Stainless Steel, ensuring size, thickness, and grade compliance
- Setting and operating the Laser by loading and unloading sheet materials and cut parts
- Nesting using PcCam Plus Software (KIMLA LASER)
- Interpreting Drawings and Checking Parts to meet standards
- Working off Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Deburtting Parts after cutting
- Sorting cut parts by job and material, routing parts, and completing documentation
- Ensuring part quality and comparing against drawings
- Performing General Maintenance of Machines
- Notifying Workshop Manager of low material levels
- Assisting in production items like operating the Press Brake
- Adhering to and Maintaining Health & Safety standards

Job Tenure: Permanent and Full-Time

Salary: Up to £ per annum

Location: Pocklington, East Riding of Yorkshire
