Job Title: Solicitor - Healthcare Inquests

Company: Leading Law Firm

Currently looking for an experienced Solicitor to join the Regulatory department based in Birmingham. Other locations under consideration are South & Midlands.

The Regulatory Department provides expert advice to organizations and individuals facing Health & Safety, criminal, and regulatory prosecutions. They also advise healthcare professionals and organizations on various matters.

The role involves managing a caseload for care home clients and healthcare organizations, with opportunities to work with clients outside the core caseload.

  • **Main Duties and Responsibilities**
  • Attend court hearings and applications, advocacy at pre-inquest review hearings, and inquests.
  • Achieve financial targets, meet deadlines, and comply with policies.
  • **Requirements**
  • Qualified solicitor with 1-4 years PQE.
  • Healthcare and inquest experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
