The post holder will be responsible for managing patient pathways, performance and activity management, liaising with patients and general administrative duties.


The Wood Green NHS Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC)is part of a growing number of community diagnostic centres closely linked with the Whittington Health NHS Trust and is part of an innovative strategy to improve the health outcomes of the population.

Please note:

Reception duties are based in Wood Green

Administrative duties are based in Bounds Green Health Centre

Working hours are:
/ Mon-Fri and Sat-Sun, based on a daily rota. (Pay enhancement rate for weekend shift)


Maintaining modality diaries, coordinating the requirements of each modality service and providing an efficient administration support to both the Admin and Clerical teams and clinical teams.

Deputise for the Admin Manager in their absence.

Managing patient trackers between CDC and other NCL Trusts.

Please note that this job is working under Agenda for Change hours and therefore involves working across 7 days with an average of 37.

5 hours per week

The service is open 8a-8p Monday to Friday, and 9a-5p on weekends
