Position:


Due to continued growth, we are looking to acquire the services of an empathetic and skilled Clinical Admin Coordinator to join our team at an exciting period of growth and deliver a first-class customer journey.


Requirements:

  • Booking appointments for patients with the company's clinicians.
  • Creating and sending patient letters following consultations.
  • Invoicing and collecting payments for appointments, prescriptions, and blood tests.
  • Managing clinician diaries following patient requests to change or cancel appointments as and where required.


The above list of responsibilities is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post.

£24,843 per annum

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 with a 30-minute lunch break.
